We will send you an offer and once we receive your purchase confirmation, we aim to deliver your Carbon Contract along with all supporting documentation within 5 working days.
There is no obligation to place an order when you first contact us. However, once you confirm your order, cancellation is no longer possible.
This is because biochar carbon removal certificates are issued specifically in your name or your company’s name, based on the details you provide during the order process—making them a personalized product.
To ensure traceability, transparency, and credibility, certificates cannot be transferred to another party once issued. This policy also prevents secondary trading of the certificates.

We need to maintain a minimum purchase level to effectively manage administrative tasks at this stage. However, these levels may change in the future as we continue to grow and evolve.
We maintain close collaboration with biochar certification bodies, which are continuously evolving in the field of biochar and its carbon removal. All of our carbon removals are certified according to renowned standards. Furthermore, all our carbon removals are tracked from production to their final application, ensuring that the biochar is permanently sequestered and not at risk of returning to the atmosphere through combustion. Yes of course! We mainly work with companies, but you as a private person are more than welcome to place an order for carbon removals. Note that the minimum possible purchase is 3 tones of carbon dioxide equivalents and that all prices are exclusive of VAT. To avoid misunderstandings, please be clear that you are not representing a company when contacting us.
